The accommodation comprises a welcoming and exceptionally spacious entrance hallway, complete with a large walk-in storage cupboard.
There are four generously sized double bedrooms, all fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and desk with chair — ideal for students or professionals. The front-facing principal bedroom benefits from large bay windows overlooking the gardens, while the fourth bedroom also enjoys a substantial built-in storage cupboard.
The contemporary bathroom features a walk-in shower, WC, and wash hand basin, finished to a modern standard.
Undoubtedly the centrepiece of the property is the expansive communal kitchen and living area. The stylish kitchen is fitted with sleek white wall and base units and comes fully equipped with a large range cooker, dishwasher, fridge freezer, and washing machine. The space further benefits from a dedicated dining area and comfortable lounge space with sofas, creating an ideal environment for social living and entertaining. Additional shelving provides excellent storage and decorative potential.
The property holds a valid HMO licence for four tenants and is available from 7th July. Early viewing is highly recommended to avoid disappointment. Internal photographs will be uploaded shortly.
