The Orange Door offers premium serviced studios thoughtfully designed to ensure both comfort and convenience. Residents enjoy a comprehensive range of amenities, including a modern gym, communal outdoor space, range of communal books and games exchange available on the 2nd floor, washing machine and dryer free charge, high speed secure Wi-Fi, bike storage, cleaning services, and 24/7 CCTV surveillance and alarms for enhanced peace of mind.

Visitors: Guests are welcome to have visitors during their stay, but overnight stays by non-registered guests are not permitted unless arranged in advance with management. Please ensure they are aware of all house rules and are considerate of other guests and the property. Management reserves the right to deny entry or remove visitors who do not comply with our policies.

Noise: Please be considerate of your neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum. This includes music, television volume, phone calls, and gatherings. Excessive noise may result in a warning or further action to ensure the comfort of all guests.

Smoking/Vaping: Smoking, vaping, and the use of e-cigarettes are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. This includes private apartments, communal spaces, balconies, and outdoor areas.

Pets: Guests staying in our pet-friendly studios are welcome to bring their pets, but please ensure they are always supervised and do not enter non-pet-friendly areas.

Anti-Social Behaviour: We expect all guests and their visitors to behave respectfully towards others and the property at all times. Aggressive, intimidating, or disruptive behaviour is not tolerated. Any form of vandalism, illegal activity, or repeated complaints may lead to immediate eviction.

Discrimination: We welcome everyone and are committed to providing an inclusive environment, free from discrimination of any kind.

Information and Services: For assistance with your studio's amenities, simply scan the QR code on your wall. This will provide step-by-step instructions for operating devices such as the intercom, air conditioner, heater, oven, and cooker, ensuring you can make full use of all digital features with ease.

The PIN code shared prior to your arrival simply has to be entered into the key pad followed by the tick button.

Guests will receive their access code before arrival. Upon entering the studio, simply scan the QR code on the wall to join The Orange Door Loyalty Card, where it unlocks exclusive discounts at top local independent restaurants and stores, or request cleaning, rebook your stay, and upgrade to premium Wi-Fi all at your convenience.
